Nuvi 660 and 257 POI Categorys

As an update Garmin have released FM 4.10 for the Nuvi 660. This fixes the 257 limit.

Whether there is a new limit I don't know but I'm now loading all POIs to an external card and boot refusing to upload them to the Nuvi. If the file does cause a lockup then at least I can pull the card out and reboot.

FOI if you load more than 257 POI categories on an earlier FW version, the unit will not boot and cannot be fixed. Garmin replaced mine under warranty when I pointed out they provided no information on this limit.
