Hi all

I'm new to this GPS thing and I've just aquired a 2nd hand 76S but the beeps (key presses) don't seem to work. I have the beeps turned on but the unit is quite old and battered. I was just wondering if anyone has a fix for this or is it likely to be an internal problem?

Welcome to the forum,...Do all the other tones work ie audible turn warnings ??...at the end of the tones menu list is there a box with the option to Mute all the tones if so make sure it is not ticked ??

Hi Oddsock

Thanks for your help but I don't think that the 76S has a tones menu, only the 76CS does as far as I can make out.
