Navgo SY885 - any software possible?

Hi,

The Navgo SY885 is another embedded Windows CE 4.2 portable GPS receiver. It does not have any navigation maps installed, they come on SD cards and it should be Turbodog 4.0.

Now I would like to run just any software so I guess I need to flash the firmware with some other software so I can run programs, now I cannot navigate the SD card at all, also ActiveSync doesn't see any devices. It does work as 'harddrive' when an SD card is inserted and I connect USB.

Any help would be welcome.

I saw at other website that it should support .CDT maps, do you guys have any idea which system uses .cdt maps so I can try it out?

Hey

Can you help i have the same sat nav which i bought off eBay and now the sat nav has completely LOCKED.

There is a green padlock which shows up when you want to use the touch screen.

Any help would be appreciated.
