Mio C250 no gps signal

Hi

I just thought I would check first before I sent my Mio back for further repairs following a warranty repair.

To cut a long story short, I've just received my Mio C250 back from Mio after they fitted a new motherboard under the warranty. Despite leaving the device in my garden for over 1 hour, it won't pick up any satellites. Mio's faq say it may take a while for the 'first fix' but an hour in an open space I feel is sufficient. I also have a Garmin Nuvi 200w which is picking up satellites with no problems.

Before I send the Mio back to them again I wondered if anyone else had satellite connection problems like this? I have a feeling that the aerial connection hasn't been connected. (Must be a repair thing: I had the screen replaced in May and they forgot to connect the speaker back up!)

Am I missing something??
