I have had that when my camera time was out of sync with the gps log time (not the computer time!). I have found that I had to play with the offset a bit. When you change the offset time, you have to load the log again and then the photos again. The best way of getting it right I have found so far is to check one photo that I know the exact location on the map, and keep changing the offset till it was in the right place!
