Hi have a tomtom v2 some how lost maps backup on tomtom program will not work emailed tomtom 4 help they said buy new maps can anyone help please |

If you have used TomTom Backup, you could try copy/pasting the map folder onto your TomTom, if its just the maps you have lost, the backup should be in "MY Documents". But before you do anything else, Do a WINDOWS EXPLORER backup now, if you muck things up further, you can at least go back to as it is now, then when its all running again, do another windows explorer backup, and burn it to CD, as a master copy, should you ever need a full copy of your device. Look at Number 1 here.
