Subscription run out?

I clicked on the speed camera link from the email newsletter and found a) I can't download the database any more and b) that the email address in my account was 3 years old. Given that the newsletter went to the correct email address that's odd; either I'm registered with different details somewhere or something - anyway, I'm confused. Has my subscription dried up (in which case a reminder might be a good idea) or have I confused my own identity (in these days of every other web site on earth requiring usernames and passwords I'm only too vulnerable to senior moments!)?

Hi Andy,

Subscription to the Newsletter and subscription to the forum/safety camera database are separate areas. That's why you got the newsletter (where we have your correct address) and why you didn't get the subscription expiry warning email (where we don't!).

BTW, your subscription expired on 16th August and emails are sent out each day to subscribers whose subscription is due to run out
