hi,
right i've dug out a memory card and loaded some MP3's on to it.
i'm outputting the audio (instructions & music) via the FM transmitter set on about 107 frequency. this frequency seems to be clear of radio stations.
i am able to hear the sound okay, but the volume on the car radio needs to be set quite high, which is fine until i want to listed to the radio,
then the volume is way too high.
it's nothing major obviously, just a little annoying,
so my question is this just operator error, have i missed a level option somewhere?
or is it just one of those things i'm going to have to live with?
here's hoping some 'power user' out there (probably Dennis, doesn't that guy ever sleep::), will be able to spare the time to advise me on this matter?
many thanks for your time in advance,
regards,
GaRy:)

I doubt you have missed anything, I like the music loud (ish) in my car, the radio/ CD music volume is usually set to level 15 on the deck, for the same volume output using the FM output of the 720 I increase the stereo volume to 22.
That said the navigation instructions are loud at this setting so I aim to increase the audio levels of the mp3 files a little bit on the PC, its not too difficult to do, before trying them on the unit in the car, once I have the correct volume setting for my taste I can then re-sample all the mp3 files I use to normalise the sound levels - Mike
