Differences between WE 6.5 and 6.75?

Hi all,

I've had a quick search but can't find much other than rumblings of trouble between WE and W&CE.

I'm looking to buy the 6.5 WE from a chap on ebay (on DVD) and he says that the only difference he's aware of is that 6.75 contains the Republic or Ireland - is this true?

There are other differences but ROI is one of the biggest changes
