But they still haven't got the 520/720 as a model to choose in the Support section. What are you talking about - "support problems"?? Confused

There is a note written in Blood red advising customers not to phone them due to huge numbers of emails they have been receiving.

Apologies - my sarcastic streak took over temporarily.

Call me old and stupid (many of which I am), but wouldn't it be nice if they actually had a 520/720 support question area (as for other models), with maybe the first one being about the XULRunner.exe matter. Perhaps only saying they are aware of it and are investigating it. But saying something to give us all hope that they are investigating it. Or would that be acknowledging liability, rather than (eventually) issuing "improvement" patches.

Hi DennisN, I did guess cautiously you were being sarcastic. Confused

The TomTom website is still not fully operational after the earlier 'crash', much like their products.

When I select my Traffic account, there is an error on the page....

Error: unable to process request (Failed to execute).
Please try again or contact Customer Support. Rolling Eyes

Not just Support site, the entire website is down "for maintenance". Crying in their beer I shouldn't wonder.

Don't hold your breath.

TomTom don't work saturdays, so of course they will tell you it's going to work saturday, as they will be tucked up in bed or down the coffee shop!

Is Tomtom Traffic still working for other customers during the "maintenance"?

I started my free trial of traffic, but on Thursday it stopped working. I don't know if the problem is with my trial or a general traffic failiure. How unreliable is the traffic service?

TomTom Traffic is working for me on my 720.

It's just the website that is down.
