Adding OGG file to MioMap

Hey every1

sorry for being a nusainse, but can someone help me in this problem that I have.

I'm using MioMap 3.2 what I what to do is th have diffrent OGG file for various speedcameras like you can on the TomTom.

I've downloaded the ASC file but I do not known which software to use to converter it to MTC format and how to allocate an OGG fiule to it.

Can someone please tell me which software to use and where I can download it from.
