What do you guys recommend/use?

Nothing - at the moment. There isn't really any significant malware for Pocket PC - though it looks as if virus writers are beginning to target mobile devices now.

It may be that the devices most targeted turn out to be mobile phone OSes like the trojan that has caused some problems with Symbian based phones running Series 60. Time will tell whether there is a real need for anti-virus software on Pocket PCs.
