NO!!!!! New mount, same old problem. I have done about 2000 mikes with my new tomtom, and it has starting having power problems, all of the connectors look fine, but 50% of the time, it will not charge.

Bloody thing.

Oh No!

Hope it is just a glitch, as so far mine is working fine, although only done a few hundred miles.

Have you contacted TT support yet?

I cannot get mine to charge on the bike at all. The connections seem fine, but I've never seen the charge icon when mounted in the docking on the bike (when planning a route - it should say 'charging' under the battery icon, right?). It runs out of power after 5 - 6 hours riding. Really annoying!! Any ideas? Is there a fuse in the docking that might have blown? Is the docking bad? Going on a trip to the Alps this week, would REALLY like to solve this problem...

I have a TT 1 and have noticed that the pins don`t mate up to the back off the TT if i squeeze the cradle it will charge.
Might buy new cradle or just take mains charger with me.
