Navman 4400 v 4410 (i.e. is version 2 any better)

I have now tried both and am very disappointed there seems hardly any reason to upgrade at all!

The postcode feature only works approximately as all you can enter is e.g. NW10 3. Therefore the device might easily be a few streets away. I tired my own postcode and it too navigates to a 10 min walk away!

The maps.....well, what can I say! Poor. TeleAtlas is no better than NavTech.

Still no M6 toll. My home street has incorrectly grown a new junction, a new short road and a new name! It was correct on the NavTech maps.

In the journey I do to work the map is actually worse! Three faults whereas the 4400 Navman maps just had 1 fault.

My version 1.96 had four voices. Version 2 has less. Why??

The 3D is not bad, but I think you can set this to off.

So in my view this is hardly an upgrade at all. So much so that I am considering reverting back to my old ver 1.96 How much do NavMan charge for this...... 8O ......!!!!???? £140.
