Hi

I have downloaded my POI's onto my Macbook (Mac os x 10.4.10)
But cant install them onto my TT 910.
When I connect the computer and tomtom nothing shows on tomtom home.
Any help would be welcome.

Where are you getting the POIs from.

If they are just OV2 Files then you don't need HOME.

Just connect to the Mac and copy to the Map Folder.

I don't know about using Mac's, but I believe it shows as another Drive.

This is a Mac Issue. Intel Mac's had a recent system update which knackered the USB Support for some devices including the x10's (910).

The solution is to use a USB hub, plug this into your Mac and then the 910 into the hub and bizarrely it then works fine!

I use a MacBook and MacBook pro and had this issue with my 910.

Ahah!! I wonder if it'll work with my ancient USB 1 hub I've just unburied? MacBook Pro wouldn't work my USB card reader last night for the latest DB download for my 510, so I had to do it with my PC. I'll give it a go (sic) tonight. Incidentally, it worked perfectly with USB cable for the GO700.
