I have a GO 910 and GO700. I was using the same TOMTOM HOME to operate both devices. Now when I try to connect the 700 to the PC using its USB cable the PC does not recognise the 700 Sad . I have checked on the PC drives and the 500 is not listed. Your help would be appreciated.

First thing to try is shut down Home and try to get the PC to recognise the TT as a drive.
If you can't get that bit working, Home hasn't got a chance.

Usual suggestions are try a different USB socket (not one on a hub, not one on the front - that sort of thing). Try plugging in with all possible combinations of PC power on and off, and TT on and off.
You should also check Control Panel / System /Hardware / Device Manager for any USB problems/conflicts.
