720T comes with an upgraded RDS-TMC receiver

Hi...according to TomTom, RDS-TMC is the upgraded version as per their response to my question asking of the existing RDS-TMC receiver can be used with the TT720

"Thank you for contacting TomTom Customer Support.
Yes you may, but you'd be better off buying the 720T which comes with a free and upgraded RDS-TMC receiver."

Could we have some sort of final confirmation of this. Perhaps we'd be better off ordering the 720 T from Belgium?

Why can't you buy this in the UK, do TomTom not sell it because they know it doesn't work too well in the UK?

If you you buy from overseas and find poor reception don't expect any support from TomTom would be my guess - Mike
