Bad experience with TomTom support - reporting a bug

I've TT6 working fine on my HTC Tytn (Hermes) and I reported a bug to TomTom (selecting "add POI" in browse map mode mistakenly runs "warn when near POI" instead). They refuse to deal with my support request because my device is not on their compatiblity list even though the issue is not device specific.

It might be an idea if anybody out there has a device on their compatiblity list and TT6 to report the bug:

In browse map mode when I click on the "cusor position" button and then "Add as POI" it runs the "Warn when near POI" function instead.

Well TT6 was supplied with my HTC Artemis as the program is installed in the ROM so I guess thats about as official in terms of support that you can get.
I can confirm the exact same behaviour on my Artemis running 6,030 so I will mention this problem although I would have thought that would have been reported by now - Mike
