hi just loined forum i have a nuvi 200 can you install speed camaras onto it?can you download it anywhere for free or do you have to pay.thanks...

Yes, you can install speed cameras onto the unit - search these forums for speed cameras, or POI Loader.

Yes, you will need to pay either Garmin, or, for less money, here at PGPSW.

The speed camera database from here costs £19 per year.

Where do you get lost?

You just need to choose either a monthly £2 subscription or an annual £19 subscription. Then choose how you want to pay.

i paid the month fee yesterday to sub i downloaded the camera overlay i think it was not 100% sure which is the right one to download.thanks again

For a Nuvi 200 you should use one of the other databases.

Goto the download page at CLICK HERE

Select Garmin POILoader (Continue)

Select any UK camera group.

Consolidated by Type shows an icon depending on the camera type, Speed Zoned Complete shows an icon with the speed limit instead.

Personally i use the Consolidated by Type.

Use the instructions from CLICK HERE to load them on your Nuvi.

Make sure you set POILoader to MPH when you get to the options.

Take it slowly and report back.
