Incorrect postcode data

I have a TT1 v3 Europe, and I have found a couple of postcode errors which were not present in my PDA version of TTN5. Is there anything to stop me replacing the postcode file on the One with the older one from TTN5?

None that I'm aware of (ensure you backup first) but how can you be sure you're not introducing more errors than you resolve by doing this?

I'm sure you're right Darren, there must be quite a few mistakes in both of them. It's just that a couple of mistakes in my current PNA are locations I drive to a couple of times a year, and a correct location saves time when entering the destination!

Would it not be better to store these locations as POI rather than changing postcode data files
