Garmin GTM-21 - any replacement ?

A quick scan though these forums indicate what I already know - and that is that the GTM-21 accessory supplied with my Nuvi 660 is useless.

Question - has anybody complained to Garmin, and if so what was their response ? Did you get a (working) replacement ?

I've had my Nuvi 660 for 7 months or so - no problems with it. Haven't really used the Traffic function until recently when I started clocking up the motorway miles on the M5/M6 - then I noticed it just doesn't work

Can anyone advise on a decent UK freephone number to call & bend someone's ear ?

Garmin's support freephone number is 0808 238 0000, there is no replacement for the GTM21 (except for connecting the small aerial to your car aerial).
