Route 66 on Medion 250T?

I have a medion nav device running Windows CE 4.2 It has old navigation software on it and to get new maps I need new software.

So if I buy route 66 software with new maps, will it work on it?

Route66 support say no, because they have not tested it with my unit. Fair enough.

I have cracked my system so I have access to the WinCE OS in the background and can install in software easily enough.
