Garmin nuvi 310

Hi, I have loaded the speed camera warnings on my GARMIN nuvi 310 via POI installer, and all works fine except....I keep getting the speed limits coming up at different speeds from the limit I'm in. For example in a 30mph it displays 19mph on the header, in say a 70mph, it displays 43mph. Any idea's how I can rectify this? Thanks Terry.
