Not to mention the large 'market' in cracked versions on the web which represents some lost revenue - not all downloaders would buy a legal version - they just download 'cos it's there. TomTom may well decide it's not worth the effort when they can make more money selling all-in-ones.

i have had the opportunity to download tt6 but chose to stay with my legal tt5 i know i for 1 am really thinking now about having 2 units but am just holding out now for the new tt7 ,although 1 device was handy it was really annoying not being able to stick in in my pocket and forget about it ,so i am more than likely going back to pnd & mobile phone ,as this new version looks like it's too good to miss out on
