|
|
Wonder if anybody can help.
Got a new tomtom one which works fine out of the box.
However when I add speed camera (zoned) poi's, together with customized speed warnings (.ogg files), it constantly locks up and crashes whenever I try to enter a destination and it is working out a route.
Does anybody have any clues as to why this might be?
If I remove all speed camera poi's it appears to work properly.

Any help would be appreciated. |

You need a bigger SD card or remove all voices except data04 & data05 .chk & .vif files and the tomTom home stuff to make more room. |

Is this the case even though there is sufficient space left on the SD card in the Tomtom one i.e. only c190MB being used on what I presume is a 256MB Sd card?

If the files are installed to the correct location try pressing and holding the reset button for 30 seconds then try it again - Mike |

You shouldn't realy put anything on the original SD card, bit naughty, if anything goes wrong, or you delete something, thats your only copy you have. Buy another SD card, and copy the original onto that, Buy a 512mb or bigger fast read. Have a look here. Number 1
