Camera / membership problem

HI, i SIGNED UP ON THE 1ST OF JUNE PAYING FOR A MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION, SO I COULD DOWNLOAD THE LATEST CAMERA DATATBASE FOR MY TOM TOM ONE V2.
I HAVE AN ACCOUNT, IT SHOWS I HAVE £2 CREDIT IN THE MEMBERSHIP,
HOWEVER, EVERYTIME I GO TO DOWNLOAD THE CAMERA DATABASE, IT TELLS ME I'M NOT A MEMBER !
i'M RUNNING XP SP2 WITH INTERNET EXPLORER 7 AND PAID THRU PAYPAL.
IF YOU CAN HELP I'D BE GRATEGUL !!

Usual answer is that you paid by PayPal "echeque" (which can happen without you realising, if you used a credit card that isn't known to paypal). These take several days to clear. Check your Paypal account to see.
