i had problems with my 620T,sent it back thursday for repair/replace.
it arrived this morning,a brand new 620T with the 4.2 firmware.
they were great on the phone and you cant get a quicker turnaround than what they have done for me.
we all put down companies when they are bad,so well done garmin superb service in my case.

Couldn't agree more, in my experience Garmin are among the best where returns are concerned. Excellent customer service and VERY fast turnaround.
