Holox BT-321 refusing to turn on.

I have had this device for a while and it was working fine till last month. The GPS reciever first took ages to turn on. Now all it does is the blue (bluetooth) light and the yellow (GPS) illuminate when the power button is press but will not stay on. The product is fully charged and I have tried it with multiple batteries.
One thing I have noticed is that when the power button is pressed the orange light illuminates ever so slightly. Any ideas what to do. I have tried leaving the battery out for a week, keeping hold of the power button etc. I got it off ebay and the seller wont even reply.
