pmobile???

Hi Guy's,
been away a while and noticed file pocketgps_uk_pmobile_20.ov2 in todays release, which I've not seen before.

What is PMobile? and should I simply copy the mobile.ogg file and rename it to match this new filetype? or is it an error?

Hi, pmobile stands for pending mobile. If you have been away for a while, you missed a big argument about this, in the end, it was locked, anyway, the jist of it is, when you see a new Gatso camera for instance, the team will not add it to the database untill it has been confirmed, mobile cameras are the same, but as they are mobile, it is a little more difficult to confirm, as they probably won't be there the next day, or even a few hours later. So some people wanted ALL unconfirmed mobile sites added to the database, they would rather be warned, than not warned, regardless to weather it has been confirmed or not, and some don't want the unconfirmed added, so it was decided, the mobile cams would be mobile cams, and the unconfirmed mobile cams would be pmobile(pending), untill they are confirmed, then they will be changed to mobile cams. If you want unconfirmed mobile cameras, then download this file and use it, and yes, you can use the mobile ogg file, renamed. The team have also asked us to report ANY mobile cameras we see, to confirm the site is still in use, that wat, any confirmed sites can be removed, if the site is no longer in use, and pmobile sites can be changed to mobile sites when they are confirmed.
