clock sync

i just noticed when i connected my tomtom one v2 to my pc the clock was a few minutes adrift so i went into clock and set "sync" and the time jumped to the correct time however when i went back to the system the clock was a minute behind again, I tried this a few times and it seems to lose a minute every time...then I mannualy advanced the time to the correct time and it seems to stay right...anyone else heard of this and anyone have any answers please? ta.

I noticed that, I wondered whether the unit sync time is from the GPS signal it receives.

it may be a problem that is common...it may not be a problem at all...maybe it has to be locked on to a signal for a period of time before it sorts its self out...i just dunno
