Nuvi 310 preloaded POI's

Just did a search for this on the forum but couldnt find anything???

Do the custom Nuvi POI's that are pre-installed get updated?, if not can they be??,

They are updated when the main map data is updated, so once a year. However, most people find them still out of date, and prefer to use additional POIs from sites like this to supplement them.
