Silly question! can I change the pointer icon on TT for Palm

Hi!

I notice that that very knowledgeable people here have changed different aspects of their GPS systems!

I use TomTom Navigator for Palm Tungsten T3 and would like to change the blue direction arrow to a car or truck like on the Garmin systems !

Can this be done ?

I am off to search some more but found nothing as yet...
