lat/lon are the co-ordinates... what else do you need to know your exact position?

Hi rog26apscg,
What county are you in?
I’m going to guess from your email address that you’re in the UK. I’m also going to guess that you’re asking about Ordnance Survey OSGB grid references.
You can’t get your TomTom GO 710 to display OSGB grid references. However if you have a list of OSGB grid references you can convert them into a POI so that you can at least get the TomTom GO 710 to navigate to them.
If you have only a few OSGB grid references then you can use the Streetmap website to convert the OSGB grid references to Longitude and Latitude, and then POI Edit to create the POI category.
If you have a lot of OSGB grid references to convert then you can use the OSGBConverter, by Richard Davies (aka Oldie).
