TT5 TT6 and eTen M700

It's a long story so please bear with me.

First does anyone know the settings to get TT5 to work with this device please. I have tried those on the eTen forum without success.

Secondly I bought the updated Western Europe map as a TT download. I can see it on my TT Plus page but I cannot doenload via TT Home.

I have had a long email correspondence with TT support and several phone calls but the latest person tells me that the M700 is not supported or compatible which seems rubbish when looking at the eTen forum. Anyway I wrote for as refund which TT are unwilling to give, they will only give a credit against the DVD version.

2 questions, does anyone have any ideas how I can dowload the maps or alternatively any suggestions for getting a refund.
