Street anouncement

Hey guys, im new here and i tried to search for the problems i have but didnt come across a solution. I haveTomTom navigator 6 and bt reciever with samsung i730. Everything works great except tomtom doesnt announce the next street that i need to make a turn or highway i need to take. For example if i was gonna to make a turn it will just say make a turn in a certain amount of distance and i would have to look on the pocket pc to see the name of the street. Also the name of the street is very small on the bottom of the screen. is there a way to change the font? Thank you!

The Street Name announcement is a function of Text to Speech, which is only available on the TT 910 at the moment.

As far as I'm aware there is no facility to change the Text Sizes on the Navigation Screen.

sorry but im new to this so i dont know what TT 910 is. Can you please explain further. Also where can i download it?

TT 910 is the top-end all-in-one Tomtom Go unit. It is a piece of hardware so it isn't downloadable I'm afraid.

As for font sizes, you could try reducing the number of items being displayed in the status bar - that creates more room for the remainder and some of them therefore appear bigger. Don't know about the street names though.
