How do I purchase a new map?

I've had a look through the forums but I can't find this question. Probably because it's so basic no one else would be bothered to ask

I own a Go 300, that I purchased 2nd hand (legitimately)

I do not have a product code for it or original receipt.

I want to upgrade the maps to the new one that has Eire on it, but I don't want to by the map if it won't work.

Can anyone help me with this, does it matter that I don't have the code?

I'd be gratefull for any help you can give me on this one.

Just go to the TomTom website www.tomtom.com

You can purchase and download maps here. Any map you purchase will come with a new product code.
