Can you actually see files/ folders on the SD card if you view them using file explorer on the device?
What Map version have you installed? - Mike |

You have installed a new map to the SD card haven't you? - or are you trying to use TT6 software with a TTN5 map? and when do you get the error message, does it say "No Maps Found" when TomTom boots up - Mike |

Hi - I tried that and got the same message. I think it may be looking for the maps in the wrong place?
