No this isn't a new service where your TomTom arranges for someone to do your cleaning etc.
I've upgraded my 910 firmware to 6.524 and Tom Tom Home to 1.5.106.
The TomTom works fine and Home starts up OK. However when I connect the 910 to the PC it tries to read the drive on the 910 and then hangs every time (Task manager gives me the old 'not responding' message)
Anyone got any ideas; I've tried resetting the 910 and re-downloading Home.

It works OK for me. The only time I had a blip was the first time when it said that it couldn't contact the PLUS Account.

Been OK since though.

Could it be your security software stopping HOME from accessing the USB? Mine asks each time I use a new program.

If it's a problem try reverting to a previous Version of HOME.
