| I have the files on my Mio 168 and when I enable POIs in Tom Tom Navigator 6 I can see everything I downloaded but the speed cameras. Can anyone help. |

In this case, probably yes.
How many POIs have you copied to the Device? Does it exceed 100?

You can only use up to 100 of the custom POIs. That's a TT limit.
The other 94 are 'invisible' to the Device and are therefore not useable.
