Not sure why Mullet's post didn't show up when I previewed. |

Catherine, as you'll appreciate with many thousands of different user set ups its not always easy for us to diagnose issues such as yours. For the majority of users downloading the database is a simple procedure but I can understand how frustrating it is when it's not working 
However, if you are still struggling we can always fall back on good old email and send you the database that way. Let us know if you want a copy emailed to you ?
