TomTom install on PNA175 - Weird problem

Hello

I have a PNA175 and have installed TomTom 5 as per instructions all over the web. TomTom has gone on fine, however, when I try to use it the icon appears in the taskbar but then disappears. I read a post from another user saying they had the same issue until they installed CEpackdll.

Does anyone know what this file is and where I can get it, I have searched all over the web and cannot seem to find it.
