TomTom Home Probs

Hi guys anyone fiding problems connect to tomtom home, mine keeps saying network error, is this common

i sometimes get a prob connecting to home. i've found the best way for me is to connect my tomtom to the pc via usb lead, then switch on tomtom unit. screen on tomtom then asks 'do you want to connect to computer', i press yes, then i fire up tomtom home and it seems to find and connect my unit every time.
