Repair service

Hi,

I'm off with the TOMTOM repair service aspect.

DHL came and picked-up my TOMTOM on monday. Now they have found out the the SD card was defective and hence TOMTOM Home couldn't read the card properly.

But what's really rubbish, is that they are sending the TOMTOM unit back without the SD card. And a new SD card is coming in 5-10 days.

Could they not have just put one in the box. Don't they have any spares at the repair service in Amsterdam??
