How do I use the memory card in my Nuvi

Might be blindingly obvious but I can't find the details anywhere !

Not interested in MP3's or anything, just maps.
Can I use it for mapping and if so how?
I've got the UK loaded to the nuvi so can a large chunk of Europe be put on a 1gb card and used as needed?

You can install map tiles from the Europe DVD and the unit will use them, to put the lot on requires a 2 GB card though you will get a fair size area on the 1GB card. I find it quicker to install what you want then copy the cards files back to the PC as a back-up, this makes "swapping" installed maps faster - Mike

Also, the Nuvi acts as a USB1 device, so if you have a USB2 SD card reader, you can put the SD card into that, and MapSource will still be able to write the maps to the card - this speeds up the process a lot!
