Copilot Live 6 Locks Up

Hi,

I'm using Copilot Live 6 on a Pocket PC XV6700 from Verizion. I've been running into a lot of problems where Copilot will freeze up and I'll need to do a soft reset to restart the phone. I put in a request via ALK's help desk, but didn't get a response.

Any suggestions on how to fix or minimize this issue????

try rinstalling the application and running it from the storage card it could be that if the application is in the main memory then the device is running out of memory or low on memory also try not to have anything else running on the device while using copilot
