I use TomTom One v2, and recently bought a 2GB card to replace the original 1GB card supplied by Tom Tom. Writing to the card using a Dazzle USB card reader I succesfully transferred most files, but some of the files from the PGPSW Safety camera database failed, showing an I/O device failure. As I was able to transfer the same files using a backup from TomTom Home, I assume my USB card reader has problems with 2GB cards.
Looking at Dabs and ebuyer, there are plenty of USB card readers available, but none of them mentions the maximum card size. Looking at customer reviews, I found one about a Belkin reader which doesn't work above 1GB, but nothing about any of the others.
Can someone recommend a card reader which is completely reliable at 2GB, and preferably higher

I use one of These It works fine at 2GB and 4GB with various cards supported, Maplins used to stock them - not too sure if they still do as I can't find it on their web site anymore - handy device though as its in two parts, the desktop stand stays at home, but for mobile use you only need the top part cost around £15 about 6 months ago - Mike
