Little bliddy circlip

Guys/Gals,

I was about to stick my Quest cradle on the windscreen the other day and it fell to bits - the cradle.
The part that swings from left to right came apart. I found the bits (spring and pin) but cannot find the circlip that holds it all together
Can any of you guys/gals have a look and maybe tell me what size I'd need to buy?????????????????????????????

Maybe a suitably sized nut, bolt and a couple of washers would do the trick but would lock the arm in place. Apparently solves the bouncing you get if you don't rest the bottom of the cradle on the dash.
