Have downloaded the full western europe maps and installed onto new 2gb SD cards. have been doing a few things today like apdating POI's etc.

Can't remember how to transfer favs but that can wait.

Didn't turn off device, took it off of the dock and now all I have is a blank screen that is lit but just light grey colour.
Looked at the manual and it describes a reset button on top right of uniy but all this looks like is a piece of perspex. There is a hole just to the left of the undock botton in the top middle of unit. Have taken the silver face and all I see is a piece of rubber with a hole in it but with a small screwdriver, I don't feel anything. As the unit is only a fews weeks old, I don't want to mess up the warranty.

Any ideas what to do?

Do I just let the battery run out and start again?

Thanks

Steve. Confused

Don't poke where you have been poking!!!!
That is the microphone, and is easily damaged.

The reset button is on the bottom
