310 bluetooth problem (with Nokia 6230)

I've been using my 310D for a few months and on the whole I'm very happy with it - even the TMC is working quite well now.

Except I have a problem when using the BT handsfree - the other person quite often cannot hear me.
I've rung myself (!!) a few times and left a voicemail. When I retrieve it, it can be as clear as a bell, or nothing except a buzzing noise (sounds a lot like the audio interference that mobiles generate).
Has anybody else had similar problems?

Well, I guess nobody else has had this problem
Anyway it looks like it happens if the phone is plugged into the car charger but is OK otherwise - so I can live with that.
