Problem planning a route from one state to another

Hi I am using navigator 5, everything seems to be working fine but the only problem I have is when I try to do an advance route planning from one state to another. for example from CT to NY, it cant create any routes just stops creating route somewhere in CT. Any help will really be appreciated. Thanks in advance
